    为什么提出关联经济这样一个概念？中外经济学家对经济进行了广泛而深入的论证，经济学说与流派纷繁复杂；但是，作为经济科学中的一门新学科，区域经济在不同的时间空间里形态万千，变幻莫测，人们如何简洁准确地洞察区域经济的趋势？

        关联理论由要素论、系统论和统筹论构成。

       Basic Theories of Relating Economy

       Abstract：The Relating Theory consists of element theory，systematic theory and unitary theory，all three of which is connected with relating economic theories and relating laws. In element theory the changing angle of view from disadvantageous elements to advantageous elements is emphasized；in systematic theory ways of approaching and analyzing relating economy from the perspective of systematic theory is suggested；and in unitary theory working on relating economy by methods of overall planning and coordination is advocated.��

     The Base for the Relating Theory：Market Discourse

        Abstract：The rise of CAFTA implies the formation of three competitive economies：CAFTA，EU and NAFTA. Namely the U.S. can no longer be the only operator of global economy，and the relating economic body of East Asia activated by the model of 10+1 might be as influential as EU or NAFTA.     The Concepts of Relating Economy：“Fast Fish” Theory

        Abstract：What ideas or concepts does relating economy advocate? In this section，there is the “fast fish” theory coming from an allegory story；there is the model of “crocodile thoughts” + “fast fish” speed. Also，a comparison of economic models and concepts is done to study the different models and ideas of the headquarter economies of Singapore， Hong Kong and Shanghai. Lastly，the author argues that late-development advantage might be achieved through the pattern of “fast fish” team + “flagship” thinking.
