Increase the hybridization and fecundat-ion rate. Breeding 40,600 crossbreeding water buffalo. Planting 18,000 acres of highquality grazing grass for buffalo.Construct 8 stations of artificial fertilization, 8 milk collection stations and 8 standard cowsheds. Introducing purebred male buffalo, and production line for milk product production.III. Product marketing: Crossbreeding milch buffalo have bigger bodies, fine hair, strong immunity, ampl emuscles and fine milk. Buffalo milk contains rich nutritious substances protein, less fat and cholesterin. The color of the milk is snow - white with full - bodied fragrance and thickness. The nutritious substances content of buffalo milk is higher than the cow milk. With the deepening reform of economy, people's living standard improves day by day. After China joined the WTO, demand for buffalo milk became bigger daily. It has a wonderful prospect in domestic and internatronal markets.IV.Condition of construction. Lingshan County is situated in the south of Guangxi with a population of 1.356 millon people. It is a big farming county with abundant grazing resources, and sufficient agricu-ltural products and byproducts. This is outstanding environment for breeding milch buffals. Buffalo milk undustry started earlier in Lingshan County with outstanding achievement. The county was nominated as “Hometown of Milch Buffalo in China”in 2003.V.Estimated Investment: The total investment is 3.759 million US dollars (RMB 30.30 million yuan).VI. Econmic efficiency: The average annual output of milk is 7,200 tons with a production value of 40.80 millon yuan.
