The project includes land expropriation, house removal and the construction which involves cement pavement of the motor/non-motor lanes, tile pavement on the sidewalks, drainage, green belt, road lamps, a culvert and a bridge. III. Construction conditions: easy access; water, power supplies and communications assured; reliable supplies of construction materials such as cement, sand, stone and steel.IV. Market prospect: The project will branch out the heavy traffic in the town, reduce accidents, transportation cost and improve the local transport system. V. Investment estimate: Total investment: RMB 80 million. VI. Cooperation approaches: sole investment, cooperative development, sharing the profit with the government (installment payment after completion; corresponding investment return is due). VII.
