Known as the city sub-center of Qinzhou, the town of Lingshan is the political, economic, cultural and logistic center of Lingshan County. It covers an area of 13 square kilometers with a population of about 130,000. According to the planning, the urban area of the town of Lingshan will expand to be 25 square kilometers in the year of 2010, and 39 square kilometers in the year of 2020 while the population will increase to be 250,000 in the year of 2010, 400,000 in the year of 2020. By then, the town of Lingshan will become a medium-sized commercial city with labor intensive manufacturing as the leading industry and tourism as the introducing industry. Therefore, real estate projects are very rewarding in terms of investment in Lingshan. Located in the block where Highway No.209 and Northwest Ring Road (under planning) are easily accessible, this real estate project is an ideal one for its unique location.
