项目概况

    本项目位于北海电厂南面北暮盐场四工区，铁山港区5万吨级航道二期工程吹填区内，建设规模为5万吨级通用泊位2个，装卸货种主要为煤炭，设计能力约为300万吨，码头长度约500米，码头面设计高程7.0米，码头前沿高程—14米。

    项目用地规划已选定，5万吨级航道二期疏浚工程将于2008年建成，乘潮可进7-8万吨的货船；进港路、4号路、营闸路、供电线路、5万吨航道一期工程已基本建设，铁山港铁路支线、铁山港区兴港路、7号路、5万吨水厂、2个万吨商贸码头将将于2008年建成；届时将构成铁山港临海工业区的公路、铁路、航运通达的交通、物流网络，将为货物大进大出提供便利条件。

    临海工业区近期将建设的较大项目有矿石仓储物流中心和工业链物流中心基地（需通过码头进出的主要货种为矿石），项目业主已注册成立项目公司并开展有关手续报批工作，而单这两个项目就存在着200万吨的吞吐量需求。

    Project Profile

    The plant is located in the fourth saltworks, to the southern Beihai power plant, Tieshan’gang harbor 50,000 DWT Channel Reclamation Phase II project area, the scale of 50,000-ton berth two generic, cargo handling at major coal design capacity of about 300 million tons, a quay length of 500 meters, the terminal design surface elevation 7.0 meters, the terminal front elevation -14 meters.

    the project Planning location has been selected, the 50,000-ton Waterway Dredging Project Phase II will be completed in 2008, by 7-8 million tons of cargo ships can enter the tide, Entry Road, on the 4th Road, Yinpang Gate Road, power lines, 50,000 tons of fairways the first phase has been the capital, Tieshan’gang Harbor rail link, Tieshan’gang Harbor District Xinggang Road, the road on the 7th, 50,000 tons of water, two million tons of commerce terminal will be completed in 2008. Tieshan’gang Harbor will constitute the faces of highways, railways, shipping accessible transportation, logistics network will provide favorable conditions for goods exported in great quantities.

    Coastal Industrial Zone in the near future to build a larger project ore warehousing logistics center and industrial chain logistics base (go through the main terminal access for goods such ores), the project owner has incorporated the project company and approval procedures for carrying out the work, and one of these two projects, there will be an opportunity for two million tons of handling capacity needs.
