项目概况

    根据北海市城市总体规划已初步划定新城区的位置，本项目具体范围为江苏路以南至银滩东区海边，东至南珠大道、西至上海路，拟在此地段建设一个面积约15平方公里，人口约5万人的集文化、教育、行政、旅游为一体的综合产业新城区，以迅速有力地带动整个北海环半岛城市建设的发展。本项目的主要建设内容为教育文化新城区2.88平方公里范围的征地拆迁、新城区内道路、给排水、供电、通讯等城市基础设施建设以及市区现有学校的搬迁建设。拟搬迁北海中学至新城区，以北海中学为核心建设北海基础教育示范基地；拟搬迁北海市中等职业学校以及北海职业学院、北海电大至新城区，建设北海职业教育中心。基础教育示范基地、职业教育中心和大学经济园区一起组成新城区教育产业的基本结构，从而形成以教育产业为龙头，带动文化、体育、商贸、餐饮、房地产等行业快速发展的新城区城市建设格局。
