项目概况

    本项目吹填造地面积约3000亩。位于铁山港北暮盐场四工区，均为国有建设用地，且该区域为北海市即将启动建设的“铁山港临海中小企业园”。区位优越，发展潜力巨大。吹填区外进港路、4号路、营闸路、供电线路、5万吨航道一期工程已基本建设，铁山港铁路支线、铁山港区兴港路、7号路、5万吨水厂、2个万吨商贸码头将将于2008年建成；届时将构成铁山港临海工业区的公路、铁路、航运通达的交通、物流网络。

    铁山港岸线，存在着潮间带宽阔的特点，浅滩段在开挖深度范围内主要是砂质，是吹填造地的理想沙源，利用航道疏浚、港池开挖、滩涂吹填，可使码头作业区和后方陆域的滩涂、盐田改造成优质的临港工业及仓储用地，一举两得，大大降低建设成本。目前铁山港5万吨航道疏浚一期工程已完成，即将启动5万吨航道二期工程,届时将有2000多万立方米砂需抛投， 为项目启动建设创造了便利条件。

    Project Profile

    Blowing and filling area of about 200 hectares of land. The fourth work district of Beimu saltworks of Tieshan’gang District, state-owned land for construction, and will soon begin construction of Beihai city in the region to the "Tieshan’gang Offshore SMEs Zone." Location advantage and tremendous development potential. Road entering the port, No.4 Road, Yinpan-Zhakou Road, power lines, the first phase of 50,000 tons fairways already finished outside filling area, Tieshan’gang District rail link, Tieshan’gang District xingang Road, No.7 road, 50,000-ton water factory, two million-ton commerce terminal will be completed in 2008. Tieshan’gang District will constitute of highways, railways, shipping accessible transportation, logistics network.

    Tieshan’gang coastline, there are intertidal zone broad characteristics of the group in deep excavation area is sandy. Fill the ideal sources of sand by using Dredging, basin excavation and shoals Reclamation will enable the wharf area and rear of the Shore shoals, Yantian transformed into quality offshore industrial and warehouse space, significantly lower construction costs. Tieshan’gang Dredging 50,000 tons at present the first-phase project has been completed and will soon begin the second phase project of 50,000 tons channel, which will be needed more than 20 million cubic meters of sand dumped, and create favorable conditions for the project started.
