项目概况

    北海港是广西和我国西南地区重要的出海口之一，铁山港湾以其良好的天然条件和水深条件，是北海乃至广西未来5到10年的港口发展机遇和优势所在。随着改革开放步伐的加快，目前已有多家企业进驻铁山港，临海工业发展的运量需求与铁山港区货物吞吐能力不足的矛盾已是北海市下一步急需解决的问题，特别是斯道拉恩索（广西）浆纸有限公司90万吨浆、90万吨纸和纸板项目将于2007年初动工建设，2008年建成投产，急需增加吞吐能力250万吨，其中单煤炭需求量将达到180万吨/年，如果不尽快建设铁山港区散杂货泊位工程，则严重影响林浆纸项目建成后的运营。

    此外，今后进驻铁山港工业区的项目也迫切需要散杂货码头解决企业建设和运营的运量需求。尽快建设该项目，对于提高北海市铁山港工业区竞争力，增加对外招商引资的吸引力，满足入驻企业建设和运营需求，为西南省区提供物流服务具有重大意义

    投资方式：全部由业主自筹，建设一个5万吨级散杂货码头，总设计吞吐能力250万吨。每个码头长度约260米，后方陆域纵深约1250米

    Tieshan’gang Bulk Cargo Terminal

    Project Profile

    Beihai is an important seaway outlet of Guangxi and southwestern region of China, Tieshan’gang with good natural water-depth conditions, is the development opportunity and advantage of Beihai and Guangxi port in the next five to ten years. Along with an accelerated pace of reform and opening up, there are already a number of enterprises stationed in Tieshan’gang, Coastal industries increasingly high logistic demand to Tieshan’gang has to require them to improve output volume is a next step of the Beihai City urgently needed to be resolved, also 0.9 million tons of slurry, 0.9 million tons of paper and cardboard project of StoraEnso (Guangxi) Pulp and Paper Limited will be built in early 2007, completed and put into production in 2008, an urgent need for increase 2.5 million tons output of the terminal, of which single-coal annual demand will reach 1,800,000 tons per year, if not to build the project as soon as possible, then a serious impact will be given to the forestry-pulp-paper project operation after its completion.

    In addition, future stationed Tieshan’gang Offshore Industrial Zone project is also an urgent need to meet enterprise construction and operation of terminals dry bulk cargo volume of demand. Construction of the project as soon as possible with regard to improving the Beihai City Tieshan’gang Offshore Industrial Zone competition, and increase the attractiveness of business and investment, construction and operation of enterprises to meet the demand assigned to the southwestern provinces, is of great significance to the provision of logistics services

    Way of Investment: all raised by owners, building a 50,000 ton bulk cargo terminal, with a total design capacity of 2.5 million tons. Each quay length of about 260 meters, about 1250 meters in depth rear land.
