    Project Description:

    In conformity with urban overall plan, the project (covering 9.2 hectares, including a five-star hotel and a conference & exhibition square) enjoys related preferential policy towards engineering of stop construction or delay due to special reasons, which is promulgated by the state. Water and power supplies are available and transportation is convenient. Beihai is a famous tourist destination. Beihai Silver Beach is a state tourist holiday resort, while no hotels better than a five-star hotel there. The completion of the project will produce good social and economic benefits.
