项目概况

    本项目规划用地2000亩，建设300万吨／年加工能力高等级道路沥青、聚合物改性沥青和特种沥青装置，配套5至20吨级码头泊位及仓储等公用设施，远期随着项目规模扩大可考虑在涠州岛建设25-30万吨原油码头，并以沥青产品为切入点，发展石化产业。

    沥青作为一种重要的战略资源，在国民经济建设中发挥着重要作用。近年来，国家为促进国民经济建设的发展，加大了公路建设的投资力度，国家公路建设的大发展，给国产沥青提供了空前的发展机遇。

    近年来我国沥青的市场需求量以年均20%的速度增长，预计到2010年全国需求2000万吨，国内生产企业仅能满足一半的供应，市场前景广阔。

    Project of Yearly Output 300,000tons of Asphalt Product & Side-products

    Project Profile

    This project needs 133.33 hectares land area to construct & equip facilities for yearly producing capacity of 300,000 tons of asphalt products, such as high degree road asphalt, modified asphalt and special asphalt devices. In accordance with this project, one 50,000-200,000tons wharf and warehouse will be planned as public facilities. With the development of the project expansion in the far future, to build one 250,000-300,000 tons of crude oil terminal in Weizhou Island, take asphalt as a focal point to develop the petrochemical industry would be one choice.

    Asphalt as an important strategic resource, is playing an important role in national economic construction. In recent years, the state increases investment in the highway construction with the aim to promote the development of the national economy. The state's largest highway construction made of asphalt provides an unprecedented opportunity for development.

    In recent years, Chinese market demand for asphalt annual rate of 20% expected to increase the country needs 20 million tons in 2010, domestic manufacturers can meet only half of the demand, market prospects is broad.
