项目概况

    本项目占地400亩。建设5万吨、2万吨级修船坞各一个，配套生产码头及水、电、通讯等相关基础设施。新的北海市总体规划将北海市船舶修造工业东移至铁山港区，该区交通、水、电方便，岸线适宜发展船舶修造工业。

    项目建设基地位于铁山港油气码头和边贸码头工业岸线之间，地质和区位条件优越，适于建厂。其中部分海域已办有土地使用批准书，征用较为方便。项目厂址东侧已建有3.5万吨航道，5万吨航道也将于2008年建成。厂址西侧进港路已建设，投入使用；铁山港铁路支线、通过渝湛高速公路的营闸路二期也将于2008年建成；届时广东、大西南构建通达的物流网络，交通运输条件非常便捷。项目区附近有大型火电厂和供水工程，供电供水保证，通讯条件具备。建设原材料丰富，采购便利。

    Large-scale Vessel Building & Repairing Factory

    Project Description

    The project covers an area of 26.667 hectares. Two shipyards at 50,000-ton and 20,000-ton level will be built. Such relevant facilities as quay, water & power supply and communication, etc. are available. The vessel building & repairing industry has been shifted to Tieshan’gang District, the east of Beihai in new-edited Overall Plan of Beihai City. Convenient transportation, water and power supply and long coastline provide good conditions of the development of vessel building & repairing industry.

    The project is located at the waterfront planed for shipping industry development, which contains oil gas berth and berth for cross-border trade use. Good geology and meteorological provide good conditions for building the factory. Some of sea area has obtained Ratification Certificate of Construction Land. The port channel (35,000-tons) is in the east side of the factory. Another port channel with 50,000 tons level will be built up in 2008. In the west side, the road reaching the port has been open. The construction of branch railway of Tieshan’gang District and Zhakou-Tieshan’gang (Santang) Second-Class Highway (Phase 2) will be finished in 2008. There exists large-scale Heat-engine Plant nearby. Power and water supply can be guaranteed. Beihai boasts abundant raw materials for construction. The raw materials can be purchased easily.
