    本项目拥有发明专利技术6个，具有国际竞争优势。①海洋健康食品②海洋天然活性物美容系列产品。③海产天然鲜味剂和风味剂。④各种旅游方便食品、调味品、家庭汤料和方便面汤料等。⑤高效饲料和水产养殖饵料功能添加剂（具有快速促进家禽、家畜、海、淡水鱼虾蟹贝快速生长并改良其品质和提高其抗病能力的作用）。⑥新型高效有机肥（主要用于花卉、蔬菜、水果等经济作物）。海洋鱼、虾、蟹、贝、藻等食品的营养保健作用已被世界所公认，并为越来越多的人所接受，特别是它们在治疗癌症、心血管疾病、抗衰老等疾病表现出的特效性已成为人类新世纪的健康长寿的希望。因此，开发这一类的食品和保健品以及药品，必将会获得巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本项要求在符合食品、添加剂生产要求的企业实施。海产品原料主要从国内购进，部份进口，其它原料在国内购买。

    High-added-value Comprehensive Utilization of Ocean Creature Resources

    Project Description

    The project boasts 6 patents of invention and proprietary technologies including ①ocean health food, ②ocean nature active material line products for beauty-making, ③nature seafood seasoning, ④kinds of travel convenience foods, seasoning, family-used soup blend and instant-noodle-used soup blend, etc. ⑤ efficient feed and aquiculture feed additive. ⑥new modern efficient organic fertilizer (mainly applied in the plantation of such economic crops as flowers, vegetables, fruits). It was widely acknowledged that seafood has functions of nutrition and health protection. Therefore, it will get great economic and social benefit by developing such kind of food, health-care products and medicine. This project is requested to be applied by the qualified food and additive manufacturers. The raw material of marine food products is partly imported and mainly purchased at home, while other raw materials are purchased at home.
