    本项目产品以生物为原料，针对高血脂引起的心脑血管疾病的保健食品及新药的研究开发。技术水平达国内先进。抗动脉粥样硬化新药的研制，海洋动物体液中存在着丰富的高密度脂蛋白，可以将组织中过多的胆固醇以酯的形式转运出去，有利于预防动脉粥样硬化。目前正在开展新药临床前的规范化研究。调节血脂保健食品的开发。技术成熟，通过大试生产，质控方法明确。

    投资回收：目前，全球高血脂患者不断增加，血脂异常是导致冠心病、动脉硬化等多种心脑血管疾病的根本原因，而心脑血管疾病是危害人类健康的重大疾病。当前市场上有效控制血脂的药物，因对人体有许多不良反应和副作用，并不能满足长期用药的要求。因此针对血脂异常升高，开发安全性高、确实有效的天然药物、保健品具有重要的意义，有广阔的市场。

    Development of New Drugs for Reduction of Blood-fat

    Project Description

    The project takes biota as raw material and carries out R&D of health-care foods and new drugs with the aim to cure angiocardiopathy and cerebrovascular disease caused by hyperlipoidemia. This technique reaches advanced level at home. Bodily fluids of marine animal have plentiful high-density lipoprotein (HDL), which can transfer excessive cholesterin of organism as the form of ester and reduce it. HDL is also favorable for preventing atherosclerosis. Its standardization research, which is conducted before clinical test, is in process. Development of health-care foods to adjust blood-fat is under way. This technology is mature and passed the trial production and has a clear and certain way to control the quality.

    Economic Estimates: Now, patients suffering from hyperlipoidemia are increasingly high in the world. Abnormal blood-fat is a basic element, which causes coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis and many kinds of angiocardiopathy, and cerebrovascular diseases, which is one of the serious diseases to destroy human health. Although currently sold medicines can control blood-fat effectively but they have side effects and contraindications and cannot be taken as a diet for long time. In this situation, this project has optimistic market potential.
