项目概况
本项目建设4栋双层钢混结构标准厂房,总建筑面积40000平方米。位于规划中的铁山港区临海工业集中区,土地均为国有农场建设用地,征用非常便捷,规划用地面积150亩,厂外供水、供电基本配套建成,通过4号路、营闸路可直接到达铁山港5万吨商贸码头,交通便捷。
项目主要为辖区内的临海大工业提供配套的仓储、物流及工业加工用房,同时为承接现阶段珠三角地区的产业转移提供便利的落户条件。
铁山港区基础设施正逐步完善,由于其位于大西南出海通道,同时又是位于即将建立的东盟自由贸易区的桥头堡,地理位置优越,优良深水良港为临海大工业提供了有利的上马条件,近期即将上马的北海石化项目及林浆纸一体化项目将推动铁山港区石化、能源、港口、物流产业链的蓬勃兴起,标准化厂房将出现需求旺盛的势头。

Project Description
Planning land area of 10 hectares, 4 double-layers standardized factory
buildings with steel-concrete structure, the total built-up area of 40,000sq.m,
in the center of offshore industries zone. Land all for state-owned farm use.
Easy land requisition. Complete relevant facilities such as water and power
supply. Direct arrival of commercial and trade wharf (50-000 tons) through No.4
road and Yinpan-Zhakou road.
The project will provide factory buildings for such large-scale industries
as storage, logistics and processing and make good conditions for acceptance of
transferred industries from Pearl River Delta Region.
Infrastructure and facilities are constantly improved and upgraded.
Tieshan’gang District enjoys advantageous position as a gateway to the sea for
southwest region of China and bridgehead of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
Deep-water ports provide good conditions for the construction of large-scale
industries. The petro chemical project and Forest, Pulp and Paper Production
Integration Project to be built recently will promote the development of such
related industries as energy, ports and logistics. The demands for standardized
factory buildings will be increasingly high.
