项目概况

    北海出口加工区区内现有已征土地800亩，已经完成七通一平等基础建设，企业进驻后可马上建设。由于加工贸易的特殊性，企业的产品交货期较急，生产经营中流动资金比重大，因此为了减轻资金压力和加快资金流转，企业一般比较倾向于在出口加工区内租赁标准厂房。

    目前，随着入区企业的增加，对标准厂房和配套设施的需求日益迫切。因此，在加工区内建设标准厂房租赁给投资加工贸易项目的企业，收益比较有保障。

    Standardized Factory Buildings Construction

    of Beihai Export Processing Zone

    Project Description

    The zone has requisitioned land 53.333 hectares. Relevant infrastructure has been completed. Water, power, gas supply and waste disposal, drainage, broadband and telephone are ready. Land is leveled for building. Due to the distinctiveness of processing trade, the time of delivery is usually short and the floating capital accounts for higher rate in whole capital during production and operation. The enterprises prefer to lease standardized factory buildings in the Zone to relieve capital pressure and accelerate capital turnover.

    Along with the increasingly high enterprises entering into the zone, the requirements for standardized factory buildings and relevant facilities are increasing. Therefore, the construction of the project will ensure good economic estimates.
